Thermal Validation Systems-Validator 2000

The Validator 2000 is a standalone thermal validation solution

specifically designed to conform with new FDA data protection
guidelines  (21 CFR Part 11) and meet international and European
cGMP requirements for inspection of pharmaceutical, biotechnology
and medical device (EN285, EN554) manufacturing. The Validator
2000 simplifies the entire validation process by reducing setup time
and minimizing sensor handling, automating sensor calibration,
neatly organizing study data and generating regulatory required
   reports.

Temperature Dry Wells - HTR 400 (-40℃ to 400℃)

The HTR and LTR Series temperature references are dry wells specifically designed
to fully automate sensor calibration when used with GE Kaye validation software and
 traceable temperature standards.

GE Kaye dry wells employ unique inserts which minimize cooling of the thermocouple
tips due to hear conduction providing anduncertainty of merely 0.1℃. Without proper
inserts, for example, transfer uncertainty in excess of 0.5℃ can occur with 22 gage,
 type T thermocouples.

Both the HTR and LTR feature fast heat up and cool down, a capacity to hold from 18
to 24 thermocouples and require no messy oils.

Calibrating sensors in the environment where they will be used provides the highest
degree of accuracy as system temperature coefficient errors are eliminated. The
references are lightweight and rugged so you can calibrate sensors almost anywhere.

When calibrating sensors for autoclaves, dry heat ovens and sterilization tunnels, use
the HTR-400. It operates from 25℃ above ambient to 400℃.

For freezers, cold rooms, incubators, and autoclaves, use the LTR series of dry wells
with operating ranges of -40℃ to 140℃ or -25℃ to 140℃.

Temperature Dry Wells - CTR 80 (-80℃ to 30℃)
The CTR-80 bath is the ideal unit for calibrating temperature sensors

used in freeze dryers, freezers, and cryo units. Operating from -80 to
30℃ theCTR-80 brings fast response and high stability to your cold

temperatureapplications. With a cool-down time of 120 minutes from

ambient to -80℃, and a stability and uniformity of 0.03℃,the CTR-80 outperforms all other low temperature baths in its class.

For thermal validation applications, you can save more time by using the CTR-80 with a Validator 2000 system.

The Validator 2000 sets the CTR automatically to your calibration points, determines stability and deviation, and

corrects sensor offsets.

Important Features

*120-minute cool-down time from 30 to -80℃

*large capacity for multiple and different size sensors
*stability and uniformity of 0.03℃
*indicated temperature to 0.01℃ resolution
*automates calibration when used with the Validator 2000
*quiet operation

Temperature Dry Wells - CTR 40 (-40℃ to 150℃)
The CTR-40 features many of the same design element as the larger
CTR-80(above). It's operating range of -40 to 150℃ covers the majority
of thermal process applications with excellent stability and uniformity.
The liquid bath configuration is especially well suited for use with the
ValProbe system.
Important Features
*stability to 0.005℃
*uniformity to 0.01℃
*lagre capacity to handle up to 8 ValProbe Loggers
*immersion basket simplifies loading and ensures proper sensor positions
*benchtop size
*quiet operation

IRTD temperature standards

Kaye's IRTD standards provide ultra-high accuracy temperature data to your
computer with no additional measurement or readout equipment required. The
IRTD standard removes common sources of error because its integrated
electronics and sensor are calibrated as a single instrument. Analog to digital
conversion is automatic-no manual interpolations or calculations are necessary.
The self-contained IRTD standard allows you to cut system error in half while
eliminating the cost and effort of calibrating supporting equipment. For thermal
validation applications, theIRTD communicates bath temperature directly with
the Kaye system.
