The AS-3000 module enables the LH-3000 to be used as
a preparative autosampler. The instrument size is determined
by the customer's application, whereby the number of
samples is limited by the XY movement of 2800 mm x 670
mm. The sample volume is virtually unlimited, ranging
from 1 ml to several liters. As the Z-axis moves up
to 400 mm, large sample vessels can be used.
The sample is sucked into a sampling loop by the appropriate
diluter. A cleaning station with double cleaning function
ensures the sample needle is absolutely clean to prevent
carry-over effects. |
